Knick Jalen Rose is about to take his game to a whole different level. The avid video gamer will compete in the inaugural season of the Hip-Hop Gaming League (HHGL) along with such music impresarios as Method Man, B-Real and Tyrese. HHGL action begins this spring and concludes in May with a live Finals event in Las Vegas presided over by commissioner Snoop Dogg.

Yeah, here’s hoping that the game they play is World Class Track Meet on the Nintendo Power Pad. I mean, come on — Jalen Rose battling Paul Wall in the 100m dash? Wow…
