Shaq Rocks Burgundy Briefs

It’s true. NBA.com’s Jeff Dengate reports:

Shaq, what’s your favorite color?

In fairness, that question was offered up only because Shaq was harrasing the Boston Globe’s Jackie MacMullan in the interview room. He picked her out of the crowd and coerced her to ask a question. When that was answered, he demanded a second. For the record, Shaq prefers burgundy.

“My favorite color is burgundy. Yeah, burgundy,” O’Neal offered up. “I’m wearing burgundy underwear right now, too.”

Sure the room laughed, but Jackie’s only response was, “That’s more than I wanted to know.”

    while this may be a titilating topic of conversation i’d like to mention the most disturbing headline i’ve seen on espn.com since the morning of september 11th.

    “Jordan becomes part-owner of Bobcats”

    i’ve always respected the hell out of bob johnson, i’ve even had the opportunity to spend some time with him…the next time i see him i don’t think i’ll be able to look him in the eyes.

    Don’t do it, UM! Your pity will crush his fragile NBA owner/millionaire businessman ego!

    From what I’ve read, he’s been stalking MJ to share his halo with him for a long time. Should be a fine marriage. Ultracompetitiveness and the Bobcats go together like, well, like Shaq and tightie-whities.

    pstar, he’s a billionaire (he bought up all the public stock in bet before selling it to viacom for just under 2.5 bil), and he knows i love him
