Great pic, props to whoever snapped it. Next time, a little more Cavs Girl would be appropriate.

Mavs/Warriors is the most interesting matchup b/c 1.The Warriors have been on a tear coming into the playoffs 2. The Warriors swept the regular season series 3. The Nelly vs. the old team drama

Frankly, I don’t blame Avery Johnson for changing his strategy against Golden State. It didn’t work the three times during the regular season, why would it now.

Henry over at TrueHoop has a great post about how the Warriors would double Dirk after he took one step and then tried to turn. Nelly knows Dirk like the back of his hand and the Warriors were always there to disrupt him or try for the steal.

All of the Warriors big men have been fronting Dirk, I think the Mavs need to throw some alley-oops up there for Dirk and it might make the Warriors think twice about leaving the basket open like that.

“I think the Mavs need to throw some alley-oops up there for Dirk . . .”

Not going to happen, Alan. Dirk’s not athletic enough.

I thought the Mavs/Dirk were most successful when they would flash him quickly to the middle of the key. As long as Dirk was receiving the ball still in motion, that fadeaway around the charity stripe seemed to be there. And that, as we know, is basically deutsches marks.

Wow Skeets, you actually sound halfway knowledgeable about hair! Whatever would you do without my crack analysis?

Yeah i guess a 7 footer can only do so much. Another big reason why Dallas couldn’t keep up was that they got nothing from their bench. Stackhouse was cold and hes a big part of their success. I see him having a big game next time and Dallas winning it.

Are those shirts the ones ‘worn’ by the two of you - that means - full of sweat and dried canadian beer?

    I don’t sweat. Fact.
