Ep. 184: Yee Haw, Cowboy!

We’re finally back in the saddle.
The Basketball Jones Podcast — Episode 184 (.mp3)
On today’s show, Tas and I (begrudgingly) discuss: the Tim Donaghy referee scandal; how far a Garnett-Allen-Pierce trio can take a depleted Celtics’ roster; what crazy thing Marbury will say or do next; and much, much, more…
Oh, all that, and we buy Yao some wedding gifts. Can you say monogrammed hand towels anyone?

You had me at “Nantucket”, though I believe he’s drinking A Nantucket (i.e. Nantucket Nectars) not in Nantucket… but what I do I know, I’m just “grasping” at straws…

See what happens when you don’t give us a regular podcast? Murphs has been shitfaced by midday since Lewis signed with Orlando.
ReverentialIntegrity: I’ll check my MA$E liner notes when I get home.
Despite his small size, I think Aaron Brooks will help the rockets. He’s played in big games and can change the speed of the game. And this is coming from an Oregon State fan
Ah-ha! I knew Marbury cried!
(Thanks for the link, Scott.)
what the hell happened to your podcast it bummed out after 3 and a half minutes? a-quality guys.
i consider myself a big ball fan, read true hoop, even more impotantly, i read chuck checks in, and i agree with skeets that i could care absolutely less about the “referee scandal.” it seems as though people are going completely overboard and the L will definitely loose some casual fans, but who gives a shit about them, if they don’t really care, then why should we care if they stop watching?
fear the raps in the east.
Nice to hear your, Pretty-pretty-soo pretty voices…
JD turned into a lady…nice. Great show boys, I cant wait for the season just so we can get back to the daily. And Marbury is a crazy mother fucker
