Bloggers Choice Awards: Vote TBJ for Best Podcast

You know, I like to think we here at The Basketball Jones don’t ask for much with regards to our podcast. Tas and I watch the NBA; JD records us arguing about it; you guys subscribe, download and listen. Rinse, repeat, five times a week. It’s a neat, little cycle really. And oh yeah, it’s free.

So, for the love of God Shammgod, please, go and vote The Basketball Jones for Best Podcast at the Blogger’s Choice Awards website. Seriously. Do it. I need this, man. Badly. Elliott Smith is playing, and I’m starting to feel like a shave.

“But Skeeters,” you say, “I have to sign up before I can vote.”

Bah! I don’t want to hear it! We’ve given you, like, what — 180 episodes X roughly 20 minutes per show . . . beep-bop-beep — 12 years of our fuckin’ lives? Jeez, I think you can spare us three minutes and a goddamn click, you lazy bastard.

    Jesus, you guys are behind a Catholic podcast? And Skeets nominated it himself? Real high-class. Plus I feel dirty for having to give these assholes my personal information…when the shit hits the fan, some government group is going to track me down because I had to vote for the goddamn podcast because Skeets pulled a guilt trip.
