actually you have to eat 3500 calories just to gain 1 pound, or as they say in Canada, kilopound. Eating one big mac won’t be enough. You’d have to eat several big macs to make a difference. Several.

I hate the “He’s young, he’ll get there eventually.” When the Blazers get G. Oden and Rudy Fernandez next year, Roy’s numbers are most likely going to go down because he won’t have to carry the team on his back like this year.
Stephen Jackson is more important for the Warriors than B Dizzle. When hes on, the whole team is.
I don’t necessarily agree with the “he’s young, he’ll get there” comment, but you know it factors in to the coach’s final decision.
i love Cap’n Jack as much as any warriors fan, and he is probably the second best player on the team… But no way is he more important than Baron. Just cause we lost all those games when he was out? if Baron was out we would loose too. Baron’s having his best year, with his playoff’s heroics are fresh in the mind. he deserves an all star spot.
I really liked the use of “Newborn” today, in conjunction with “Superstition” AND “Waterfalls.”
Which made me wonder- has there ever been a repeat song? or does every new podcast have a whole new set of music? I tried to figure it out for myself, but failed miserably.
I’m really avoiding doing any work today.
There have definitely been repeat songs. Not a lot. But some.
Baron definitely deserves an all-star spot and on one hand I’d love to see him get the recognition; but he’s averaging just over 39 min. a game and he’s not the least fragile guy alive.
I’d rather he got 5 days of rest. If he goes down the dubs will too.

I’ve seen a few sources suggesting Bargnani shouldn’t be be playing for the sophomores in the rookie game. I was wondering what you boys made of that, especially in light of a number of injuries to sophomores and 2006’s reputation as a weak draft class.
Why do I get the feeling you guys are going to get paid?
