The People’s Book It: Paul C – Day 1

The Basketball Jones is giving away a TBJ t-shirt and a Ball Claw to the person who can put together the longest streak from now till the end of the season. If you’d like to give it a shot, email us. After a promising start from NDEddie Mac, you guys are starting to look like us.

PHOENIX [-7] over Houston

Phoenix has had a couple of days off so they are rested. Meanwhile, Houston is back to earth after their very impressive streak and are going against a Suns team that BADLY outsizes them.

[TBJ Record: 60-74-1 (45%) | People’s Record: 9-10 (47%) | Paul C’s Streak: 0 | Mood: Tired | Food: Calzones ]

Same thing as I said yesterday. I actually think, even with Amare and Shaq, the Rockets have a pretty good shot if they can control tempo. I still dont see why people fail to make the easy choices. Like Utah over Seattle.

Maybe we need more motivation. *Two* Ball Claws?

The Orlando game was -1 over the Hawks.

Tassos, why do these horrible picks effect our (equally) horrible record?

They definitely can’t cover this spread dude.

Yeah. Too much to cover. Why don’t more people go Over/Under? Is that allowed? If not, why not?

Haha, I like how Tas and Skeets talk to each other.

    What’s more impressive:
Amare going 20/20 from the FT line or
    Shaq going 7/9 ?

    Definently Shaq.
