The People’s Playoff Book It: Sport Tsar – Day 4.5

Playoff time! The Basketball Jones is giving away a pair of Adidas basketball shoes to the person who can put together the longest streak of picks during the postseason. Following a push last night, here it goes for a streak of 4:

CLEVELAND [-4.5] over Washington (home team in CAPS)

Both of the games tonight somewhat irk me. Won’t be any better as the playoffs carry on and there’s fewer and fewer games each day. It’s my Day 4.5 so I’ll go with the 4.5 point spread. Anyways - Cavs have the momentum going in their favor. Agent Zero is banged up. Let’s close the lid on this one.

    Who else cried when they heard about Avery Johnson’s dismissal? Beating New Orleans is not for the common team.

    As much as I want d’Antoni joining Colangelo, Maurizio Gherardini and Bargnani in Toronto (you can never have too many ‘paisans’, just think of the reaction when they ever play Darko, it could be priceless! Plus you need italians to teach flopping!), I wouldnt mind havnig Avery instead just to see if the vein in his forehead will finally pop.

    I think New York needs a hardass control freak like him right now.
