Scott And His Reebok 360 Jams
BOSTON, 1990 — A U.S. district court judge has ordered Reebok International Ltd. to temporarily stop selling or advertising its 360 Jam basketball shoe in an injunction resulting from a trademark infringement suit filed in April by the Tanel Corp., Milwaukee. Not surprisingly, Reebok was also ordered to kill “Scott” in Beverely Hills 90210.
